Comfort within resistance - interesting.
I first noticed the dynamic of resistance arising within to the flow. Allowing, more allowing. Then later, I saw the flow itself uses resistance to steer its course. But not a holding, just a guiding, a structuring. We could say that anything solid is a form of resistance, a holding illusion. It's fascinating to explore.

Thanks Davidya.

I have been thinking of this topic; of resistance and comfort within the resistance; for some time. I may do some work on this soon.

Nicely put, Takuin. There is the flow and there is resistance. There is nothing else. If it not smooth, it is resistance.
