Fasting Resources

Back in February of 2009, I performed an experiment. I decided not to eat food for 28 days. I succeeded. :)

The series of articles written during that time are some of my most popular. There is a much larger interest in this topic than I ever imagined. So I have put all of those articles here on this page, in chronological order from first to last.

The original ‘water’ fast lasted from February 1st, through the 28th. I didn’t post everyday, but I did try to cover any interesting feelings and experiences that arose during that time.

I still fast from time to time, but those periods are intermittent, and not really structured events. And that is the main reason I do not write about those fasts. But anytime I decide to perform a lengthy fast, I will be sure to add it to this page, and I will definitely post it to the blog.
