Upcoming E-book Release – Beyond the Known

Beyond The Known PDF

Just a quick note for everyone…

On Thursday the 17th, I’ll be releasing my first e-book. It is called, Beyond the Known: 365 Days of Exploration. At almost 400 pages, it will seem daunting to any reader. But don’t worry…it is not as bad as it seems.

From the Preface:

This book is a calendar of short contemplations; one per day for an entire year. They are all very slight of word, and easy to take in at a glance.

Most of the pieces were written after meditation. Some were taken from live dialogues and skype calls I’ve held. And others were taken from my replies to comments on Takuin.com. But each one is designed to stand on its own, as an object of exploration.

It is meant to be a day by day exploration, and hopefully something you’ll be able to dig deeply into. Each post, or day, in the book is comprised of as few words as possible, to better allow you to explore with as little baggage as possible. (The longest day in the book is only five lines, and the shortest is a mere three words.)

It will be free of charge, and available on the 17th of December. Just in time for you to begin your own exploration on January 1st! Or December 17th.
